How to Clean your African Art

Spring has finally arrive, although it’s snowing in Philadelphia. Anyway, spring is the perfect time to renew, get organized and CLEAN. While your plan calls for cleaning the walls, floors and other surfaces, don’t forget to clean your African Art, it needs attention too. African Art can collect dust and cobwebs, however it requires some know-how and special attention to preserve its beauty. 

        Here are some ways to keep your art looking good:

·         Wipe with a damp cloth

·         Avoid polishes and sprays

·         Use a dehumidifier if displayed in a damp area

·         Avoid moisture

·         Avoid direct sunlight
