ODUNDE is an annual African centered celebration in Philadelphia. The name Odunde comes from the Yoruba people of Nigeria in celebration of the new year. Odunde is the largest one day street festival on the east coast of the United States. This year marked their 40th anniversary and while the weather was a little hot, there was art, food, African goods, entertainment and fun for all.
